The impact you will have
You will utilize your proven sales skills to prospect within your territory, identify key stakeholders, highlight product value, drive adoption, and significantly expand our customer base. Engage with developers, decision-makers, and procurement across diverse industries and company sizes. This role provides an opportunity to influence the direction of our Sales Team and organization as we grow, impacting our success trajectory.
On a daily basis, you will
- Generate new leads and opportunities within your assigned territory, aiming to exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Manage prospecting efforts to target key accounts and collaborate with channel partners to build a pipeline.
- Engage prospects through multiple channels (LinkedIn, email, videos, cold calls, meetings) and convert prospects into new logos.
- Own your book of business by documenting buying criteria, process, next steps, and maintaining pipeline accuracy.
- Size and quote customer software license needs.
- Interact with prospects via phone, email, video, and on-site meetings as needed.
- Support marketing campaigns focused on account-based, customer-centric approaches.
- Share best practices within the sales team.
- Accurately record all account and opportunity data in Salesforce.com.
- Use Salesforce.com to set daily activities and forecast opportunities.
The Skills You Will Demonstrate
- 3-4+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or subscription models.
- Strong focus on building and managing customer relationships.
- Experience selling technical products to technical buyers.
- Proficiency in territory planning and prospecting using tools like Zoominfo, SalesLoft, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Ability to manage and grow a sales pipeline from Lead Qualification to Closed Won.
- Experience supporting and closing deals over $20k, including negotiations.
- Effective communication over calls, emails, and virtual/on-site meetings.
- Ability to engage with executive-level contacts and tailor value messages.
- Expertise in Salesforce.com.
- Customer-centric mindset, aiming for customer satisfaction.
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.

- Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to handle objections and feedback.
- A team player committed to achieving both team and individual goals.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and hungry to succeed.
- Arabic language skills are a plus.

- Experience in Software Development Tooling sales or selling into development teams.
- Experience selling internationally.
