Job summary

Splash Software is seeking aJunior/ Mid-Level UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences. You will participate in the entire design process from research to prototyping and testing, ensuring products are both beautiful and user-friendly.

Responsibilities include user research, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and collaboration with product managers, developers and stakeholders to meet business goals. A solid portfolio and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

2-4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Sketch Adobe XD.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design and accessibility standards.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Solid portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
Excellent communication, teamwork and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

User Research & Analysis: conduct interviews, surveys and usability tests to understand needs and behaviours.
Design & Prototyping: develop wireframes, interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mockups.
Collaboration & Communication: work with product managers, developers and stakeholders to align designs with goals and feasibility.
Usability & Accessibility: conduct usability testing and iterate designs; ensure WCAG-compliant accessibility.
Design System & Consistency: maintain and contribute to the company design system for branding and UI patterns.
