Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a QA Engineer to ensure quality across enterprise digital solutions, focusing on manual and automated testing within the Microsoft technology stack. You will craft test plans, execute tests, and manage defects while collaborating with architects, developers, and business analysts to guarantee releases meet functional and non-functional requirements.

The role involves testing Power Apps, Dynamics 365, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint, plus API testing and SQL

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years QA experience incl. manual and automation testing.
• Hands-on testing of Microsoft technologies: Power Apps, Dynamics 365, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint.
• Proficiency with automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress).
• Experience in API testing (Postman, REST Assured) and SQL validation.
• Familiar with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins) and Git.
• Strong SDLC/STLC and Agile delivery understanding.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and maintain test plans and test cases for projects.
• Perform manual functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing across web and mobile.
• Test solutions built on Power Apps, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform components.
• Validate integrations built with Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and related Azure services.
• Design, build, and maintain automated test suites (UI, API, regression) in CI/CD.
• Review requirements to derive clear acceptance criteria and test coverage.
• Log, track, and manage defects to closure with root-cause analysis.
• Conduct API testing, data validation, and cross-browser/device testing.
• Report quality metrics and release readiness to stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 3+ years of QA experience, including hands-on manual and automation testing Hands-on experience testing Microsoft technologies, including Power Apps, Dynamics 365, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and Share Point Proficiency with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar) Experience in API testing (e.g., Postman, REST Assured) and SQL for data validation Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure Dev Ops, Jenkins) and version control (Git) Solid understanding of the SDLC/STLC and Agile delivery methodologies Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

ISTQB certification (Foundation or Advanced) Experience with Dataverse, Power BI, and the broader Azure ecosystem Experience with performance and security testing Exposure to government or large-scale digital transformation program
