Job summary

Blackstone-Eit is seeking a QA Engineer to ensure the quality of enterprise digital solutions, with emphasis on the Microsoft technology stack including Power Apps, Dynamics 365, Azure Logic Apps, and Power Automate.

You will design and execute manual and automated tests across web and mobile platforms, validate integrations, and help drive release readiness through rigorous defect management and metric reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of QA experience with manual and automation testing.
• Hands-on testing of Microsoft tech stack: Power Apps, Dynamics 365, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint.
• Proficiency with automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress).
• Experience in API testing and SQL data validation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins) and Git.
• Strong SDLC/STLC and Agile delivery understanding.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and maintain test plans and test cases for assigned projects.
• Perform manual functional, integration, regression, and UAT-support testing across web and mobile platforms.
• Test solutions built on Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Dynamics 365, and Power Platform components.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of QA experience, including hands-on manual and automation testing.
• Hands-on experience testing Microsoft technologies, including Power Apps, Dynamics 365, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
• Proficiency with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar).
• Experience in API testing (e.g., Postman, REST Assured) and SQL for data validation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins) and version control (Git).
• Solid understanding of the SDLC/STLC and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• ISTQB certification (Foundation or Advanced).
• Experience with Dataverse, Power BI, and the broader Azure ecosystem.
• Experience with performance and security testing.
• Exposure to government or large-scale digital transformation program
