Job description

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).

• Customize and configure Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service.

• Build Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps tailored to business requirements.

• Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems via APIs, Azure services, and middleware.

• Work closely with business users to gather and analyze requirements, then translate them into technical solutions.

• Implement business process flows, custom entities, forms, dashboards, and business rules.

• Provide technical leadership in architecture design and best practices.

• Support troubleshooting, performance tuning, and post-deployment maintenance.

• Participate in data migration and system upgrades.

• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5–10 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (CE).

• Strong expertise in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse.

• Experience with Azure services like Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Service Bus is a plus.

• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and DevOps tools.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design scalable, secure solutions.

• Excellent communication, documentation, and client interaction skills.

• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform are highly preferred.
