1. Microsoft Dynamics CRM (2011, 2013, 2015, 2016, and Dynamics 365 version 9.0 and above): Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service, Project Automation.
2. MSCRM Installation and setup on load balancer.
3. Custom workflows.
4. Web API including 3rd party API integrations.
5. Shell scripting (advantageous).
6. 3rd party add-ons/products.
7. MS SQL Server, SSRS reports, and Power BI.
8. SharePoint integration.
9. Azure Integration with D365.
10. DevOps experience (advantageous).
11. BRD and FDD Documentation.
