Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Specialist

Location: Sharjah Industrial Area No. 11, Sharjah, UAE

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Sunday to Friday (1-hour lunch break)

Weekly Off: Sunday

Job Summary:

YKM Group is seeking a highly capable and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Specialist to lead the management, customization, and optimization of our ERP system. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the ERP system aligns with the company’s operational and strategic goals. This is a full-time, on-site position based at our headquarters in Sharjah Industrial Area No. 11.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the administration and daily operations of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP system
• Customize system modules, workflows, and features as per business needs and evolving requirements
• Deliver end-user training and provide technical support across all departments
• Analyze existing business processes and implement improvements through ERP solutions
• Integrate the ERP system with external platforms and reporting tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system functionality meets organizational needs
• Manage system updates, customization rollouts, user access controls, data integrity, and security measures

Core Expertise Required:

• Advanced knowledge of the following modules: Financials, Inventory, Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), and HR & Payroll
• Hands-on experience in developing custom extensions using AL language and Visual Studio Code
• Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, and system integration methodologies
• Proven ability to lead ERP customization and deployment projects independently

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Microsoft certification in Business Central is highly desirable
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and cross-functional team environment
