We're seeking a Microsoft Co-Pilot Business Consultant to partner with clients in identifying business challenges and delivering AI-powered solutions through Microsoft Co-Pilot technologies. This role bridges the gap between technology and business, requiring strong knowledge of business processes, Microsoft 365 applications, and AI-driven solutions. As a trusted advisor, you will drive successful solution adoption, deliver measurable outcomes, and support clients throughout their AI journey.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and identify opportunities to leverage Microsoft Co-Pilot solutions.
• Analyze existing workflows and recommend AI-driven optimizations using Microsoft Co-Pilot capabilities.
• Lead workshops, interviews, and assessments to gather and refine business requirements.
• Develop and deliver engaging presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts showcasing Co-Pilot's value.
• Provide guidance on best practices for Co-Pilot implementation, adoption, and change management.
• Work closely with technical teams to design and implement AI-powered solutions tailored to client needs.
• Monitor solution effectiveness, gather feedback, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Act as a trusted advisor by offering strategic recommendations for AI adoption and business process enhancements.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise technology adoption.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 applications and Microsoft Co-Pilot capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills focused on business outcomes.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams.
• Proven experience leading workshops, training sessions, and change management initiatives.
• Microsoft certifications in Microsoft 365, Co-Pilot, or related technologies (preferred).

• Experience implementing AI-powered business solutions.
• Familiarity with data analytics, AI modeling, or Microsoft Azure AI.
• Knowledge of industry-specific business processes.
• Background in consulting or professional services.
