We're seeking a Microsoft Co-Pilot Business Consultant to partner with clients in identifying business challenges and delivering AI-powered solutions through Microsoft Co-Pilot technologies. This role bridges the gap between technology and business, requiring strong knowledge of business processes, Microsoft 365 applications, and AI-driven solutions. As a trusted advisor, you will drive successful solution adoption, deliver measurable outcomes, and support clients throughout their AI journey.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and identify opportunities to leverage Microsoft Co-Pilot solutions.

Analyze existing workflows and recommend AI-driven optimizations using Microsoft Co-Pilot capabilities.

Lead workshops, interviews, and assessments to gather and refine business requirements.

Develop and deliver engaging presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts showcasing Co-Pilot's value.

Provide guidance on best practices for Co-Pilot implementation, adoption, and change management.

Work closely with technical teams to design and implement AI-powered solutions tailored to client needs.

Monitor solution effectiveness, gather feedback, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Act as a trusted advisor by offering strategic recommendations for AI adoption and business process enhancements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in business consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise technology adoption.

Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 applications and Microsoft Co-Pilot capabilities.

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills focused on business outcomes.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams.

Proven experience leading workshops, training sessions, and change management initiatives.

Microsoft certifications in Microsoft 365, Co-Pilot, or related technologies (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience implementing AI-powered business solutions.

Familiarity with data analytics, AI modeling, or Microsoft Azure AI.
