Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Methods Engineer to optimize our manufacturing processes and drive efficiency improvements across production workflows. The Methods Engineer will play a key role in refining techniques, streamlining production steps, and ensuring our operations align with industry standards. Key Responsibilities

• Analyse, develop, and optimize manufacturing methods, ensuring they meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to design and implement process improvements for manufacturing operations.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process flow diagrams.
• Conduct time studies, workflow analysis, and cost assessments to identify areas for improvement and drive productivity.
• Support the introduction of new products and processes by designing trials, assessing results, and implementing effective changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with a strong focus on methods engineering or process optimization.
• Proficiency in manufacturing process analysis, lean manufacturing principles, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate technical information into actionable improvements.

Preferred Qualifications
