Job summary

BrightMark GmbH in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Industrial Engineer to optimize production processes, boost efficiency and implement quality control measures.

You will analyze processes, conduct time studies, identify bottlenecks and collaborate with procurement and logistics to streamline operations. A bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and 2+ years’ experience are required, with strong data analytics and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Minitab, or ERP systems
• Knowledge of Six Sigma is a plus
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
