Job Responsibilities

• Collect and deliver documents, parcels, and other items as required by the company.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of all documents handled.
• Obtain signatures or delivery confirmations where required.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning when not on delivery duty.
• Maintain logs or records of deliveries.
• Ensure proper handling and safekeeping of company items and property.
• Provide support with banking, post office, government offices, or vendor-related errands.
