Job summary

Yokogawa is seeking a Solution Architect – MES in Abu Dhabi to design and implement L3 MES architectures for Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals and related domains. You will own outcomes, collaborate with Digital Enterprise teams, and help differentiate the business with advanced MES solutions.

The role requires hands-on MES experience, strong architecture skills, and willingness to travel across the YMA region to drive projects and customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science; 6+ years in engineering and sales.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in MES or Batch integration/implementation.
• Strong problem-solving for operation-oriented solutions.
• Willing and able to travel across the YMA region.

Responsibilities

• Perform high level technical analysis and requirements gathering.
• Lead MES/batch integration solution design and implementation.
• Ensure client expectations and timely delivery of capabilities.
• Support training efforts and define success metrics.
• Provide expert estimates for technical effort and deliverables.
• Collaborate with sales to secure orders and opportunities.
