Job summary

Xebia is seeking a Technical Lead for MERN Stack in Abu Dhabi. You will lead end-to-end design and delivery of scalable web applications, guide engineers through architecture decisions, and ensure high quality software delivery across the full stack.

You will own technical direction, coding standards, and best practices while mentoring teammates and collaborating with Product, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders to achieve timely, reliable releases.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software development and technical leadership.
• Strong experience in designing and delivering scalable web applications.
• Ability to lead engineering teams and drive architecture decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and development of scalable applications.
• Define technical architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
• Guide and mentor engineers through design reviews and code reviews.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive delivery of features with focus on quality, performance, and timelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders for successful delivery.
