Job summary

Discovered MENA is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Infrastructure and Services team in Abu Dhabi. You will guide software engineers, provide technical leadership for high throughput systems processing billions of daily requests, and shape solutions to meet business goals.

You will mentor staff, drive design and delivery of scalable software, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate product requirements into technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years in a management or technical leadership role.
• Strong expertise with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Demonstrated experience scaling cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.
• Hands on skill with relational databases like PostgreSQL and in memory data stores like Redis.
• Experience using AI assisted coding tools within engineering workflows.
• Proficiency with Go or background in AdTech is desirable.
