Merchant Sourcing Associate Project-Based

About the Role:
Pulse iD in partnership with a leading UAE group and a prominent bank is seeking part-time associates for a merchant sourcing project. This role involves visiting Dubai-based merchants to collect essential data.
We are looking for university students or individuals who can commit to approximately 10 days of work every alternate month. The project requires about 56 individuals who can represent Pulse iD and our clients' brand professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Visit merchants within assigned markets to collect specific information and other relevant data.
2. Communicate effectively with store representatives to explain the purpose of data collection.
3. Record collected data accurately in an Excel spreadsheet.
4. Represent Pulse iD and the partner brands in a professional and courteous manner.
5. Work independently while ensuring efficiency in store-to-store visits.
6. Follow assigned routes and schedules to optimize collection efforts.
7. Participate in training sessions to understand project requirements and best practices.
8. Provide regular progress updates and flag any challenges encountered.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Must be based in Dubai, UAE.
2. Strong communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
3. Presentable and professional demeanor.
4. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and recordkeeping.
6. Comfortable with fieldwork and engaging with merchants.
7. Previous experience in data collection, retail operations, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
8. Ideal for university students looking for part-time opportunities.
