The Valuedynamx Team

The Valuedynamx team manages a suite of innovative products that deliver incremental revenue for brands and product enhancements for reward and loyalty programmes. Our flexible products deliver relevant and rewarding customer experiences by adding value and choice to memberships and loyalty - complemented by highly engaging promotional applications to drive greater programme participation and customer engagement to ensure a positive value exchange for all involved.

The role

The E-Commerce Merchant Partnerships Director - ME is key to driving commercial growth for Collinson Valuedynamx. Responsible for managing supplier relationships and growth opportunities across GCC, South Africa, India, Turkey, Australia, and New Zealand, this role ensures alignment with global objectives, overseeing SLAs, KPIs, contracting, onboarding, and pricing negotiations.

You’ll collaborate with clients to enhance engagement through content, promotions, and marketing, and work with regional and global teams to achieve company goals. Additionally, you’ll support campaign management and play a pivotal role in expanding the merchant network to strengthen the Valuedynamx offering.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify target merchants, brands, and products for client reward programs.
  2. Build relationships with key decision-makers and suppliers across categories.
  3. Deliver local product lines based on brand selection and gap analyses.
  4. Pitch opportunities and manage merchant acquisitions, including contracts and finances.
  5. Lead product selection, pricing, and purchasing to drive revenue.
  6. Acquire new merchants and products, ensuring alignment with goals.
  7. Manage launch schedules, pricing, margins, and onboarding for new content.
  8. Stay ahead of trends by attending events and reading trade journals.
  9. Lead generation and maintain strong brand relationships, optimizing stock.
  10. Work with internal teams to ensure timely content publishing and updates.
  11. Source discounts for promotions and assist with ad campaign coordination.
  12. Generate leads and manage billing and forecasting for ancillary revenue.
  13. Continuously improve sourcing and merchant processes and handle new merchant inquiries and research partnership opportunities.

Qualifications:

  1. E-commerce retail experience (loyalty, incentive, FMCG), with knowledge of ClickLinked / CardLinked marketing and contract negotiation.
  2. Experience in merchandising and email campaigns.
  3. Strong communicator, able to manage partner onboarding and secure pricing.
  4. Proven success in driving consumer spend and optimizing revenue.
  5. Ability to apply global / regional trends to strategies.
