Job summary

Workato, a retail company based in Ajman, seeks a motivated Merchandising Coordinator to organize merchandising activities for our stores. You will collaborate with buyers, monitor inventory, coordinate suppliers, conduct market research, analyze sales data, create displays, and train staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within the retail industry.
• Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior in retail.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis purposes.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
