About the Role

As the Merchandising Admin Assistant, you’ll play a vital support role in our Merchandising team. You’ll manage the backend processes, ensuring accuracy in orders, data, inventory, and deliver insights based on sales performance and trend analysis.

What you'll do

  • Maintain and update all merchandising spreadsheets and trackers (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Monitor purchase orders: create, track delivery, identify and flags supply issues.
  • Support stock intake management: communicate with suppliers and warehouse teams to resolve delays.
  • Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports to Merchandisers.
  • Analyze sales data to inform replenishment, markdowns, and product allocation decisions.
  • Assist in planning seasonal promotions and new product launches.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally, liaising with Buying, Planning, Operations, and Marketing teams.
  • Provide general administrative assistance: schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and manage documentation.
  • Handle vendor correspondence and help prepare OTB (Open-to-Buy) and basic financial planning docs

What you’ll bring

  • Analytical & numerical mindset: comfortable with retail math - markups, margins, inventory turnover.
  • Excel-savvy: strong formula, pivot table, and reporting capabilities.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong communicator, confident engaging with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Proactive problem-solver: flagging issues early and offering clear solutions.
  • Fashion-forward: genuine interest in fast-fashion trends and e-commerce dynamics.
  • Qualifications:
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or relevant field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–2 years in merchandising, retail operations, or administrative support roles.
  • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with ERP or system-based tools is a plus.

What we'll bring

  • 25 working days of annual leave, going up to 30 working days after 1 year
  • 30% employee discount on all SUMWON STUDIOS brands (SUMWON, Missguided, AiiRZ)
  • Learning and development opportunities
  • Company social events
  • The coolest colleagues you can find
