Qualifications

• 3–5 years of merchandising, planning or trading experience in retail.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience with strong numerical ability.
• Proven ability to manage a product portfolio, track performance, and coordinate actions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily/weekly sales, stock, margin, sell‑through, and inventory coverage for assigned categories.
• Maintain accurate assortment, pricing, and product data in systems required by trading teams.
• Coordinate replenishment, stock transfers, and availability actions with planning, stores, and e‑commerce teams.
• Prepare analyses and recommendations for seasonal range reviews, launches, and promotions.
• Identify slow‑moving or excess inventory and propose markdowns or transfers to protect margin.
• Generate regular trading reports and translate data into actionable recommendations for buyers and planners.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve product, delivery, data, and availability issues.
