Qualifications

• 3–5 years of merchandising experience in retail with category ownership.
• Strong knowledge of retail metrics: sell-through, stock cover, margin, markdown.
• Advanced Excel and experience with ERP/inventory or BI systems.
• Understanding of retail buying cycles, replenishment, and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Own category and assortment plans with pricing and timing aligned to demand.
• Analyze sales, stock, margin, and forecast data to drive trades.
• Manage replenishment and allocation to improve availability and reduce overstocks.
• Coordinate launches, promotions, and seasonal changes with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct trading reviews and translate insights into actions with timelines.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine assortments.
• Support Open-to-Buy and budgeting with accurate plans.
