Job Description

• Proactive management of near expiry and damage items in line with company policy 100% follow the FIFO.
• Prompt execution of all the display and promotion drives.
• To ensure all-round availability of listed SKUs in every outlet with adequate stock-pressure.
• To manage trade-returns within agreed levels.
• To comply with Journey plan, daily reporting timing and duty hours.
• Proactive and prompt servicing of new outlets opening. (Obtaining primary visibility in category)
• Analyse sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock.
• Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales.
• Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventory.
• Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs etc.
• Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
• Remain up to date with industry’s best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Well behavior towards customers, colleagues, and superiors.
• Excellent grooming and hygiene.
• Minimum High school / Diploma.
• Minimum 2 years of local UAE experience in a similar role or 2 years’ experience in a related role.
• Familiar with the dynamics of the FMCG trade.
• Good communication skills (particularly listening) in English and Hindi.
• Open to be relocated within UAE.
• Valid UAE motorbike driving license.
• Own motorbike / motorcycle.

NOTE: Company will provide additional accommodation and transportation allowance on top of the salary.

Plus entitlement for commission and overtime.
