Job Description

Our Client, a Global Beverage Company, is currently hiring 6-8 Merchandisers to join their dynamic team in Dubai.

Stock Management: Ensuring adequate stock levels of products are displayed in various retail outlets.

Product Display: Maintaining proper product placement, organization, and rotation according to standards.

Customer Service: Providing excellent service to customers in retail locations.

Sales Support: Assisting with sales initiatives and promotions as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that stores, shelves or websites are stocked with the right types and quantities of products.

• Display, arrange, price, and rotate products in store.
• Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately.

• Maintain store shelves by removing dated or damaged products.
• Monitor store inventory based on sales and intake.
• Optimize sales volume and profitability by identifying profitable lines and bestsellers.

• Make recommendations for promotional strategies using sales and pricing data.
• Work and communicate with buyers, suppliers, stores, and distributors.
• To prepare orders in every outlet according to its availability.
• Prepare invoice in every list of orders.

• Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventory.
• Responsible in checking delivery of goods and orders.

• Promoting newly arrived product for customer’s future inquiry.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of each product as well as the shelves.
• Monitoring and removing the nearly expired product on the shelves.

Desired Candidate Profile

•Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Merchandiser in Food & Beverage products.

• Proven experience in retail merchandising, with a track record of driving sales through effective product selection and presentation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - a natural aptitude for data.

• Proficient in merchandising software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment that is scaling.
