Job description

- The position assists the Brand Manager in planning product and assortment strategies that meet or exceed financial goals.

- Coordinate all activities related to the allocation and delivery of merchandise to stores in the region.

- Assist in pre-season financial planning, in-season projections, open-to-buy management, and new store budgets.

- Ensure balanced collections at stores, with regular replenishment from warehouses and inter-store transfers.

Position Objective

- Support the Brand Manager in developing product and assortment strategies aligned with financial targets.

- Oversee merchandise allocation and delivery to regional stores.

- Aid in financial planning, sales projections, and budgeting processes.

- Maintain balanced stock levels and efficient replenishment processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare retail reports, including Sell Thru, consolidation sheets, and product breakdowns.
  • Coordinate with stores, logistics, and warehouse departments to meet product demand.
  • Analyze sales data to identify best and worst sellers, including price points, colors, and styles.
  • Review previous season sales and report on current season performance.
  • Optimize product category volumes and profitability.
  • Gather customer feedback on products.
  • Collaborate with the buying team on product issues, range planning, and delivery schedules.
  • Prepare merchandise plans and presentation materials for buyers and brand managers.
  • Monitor competitors’ offerings and identify market opportunities.
  • Manage retail reports and invoices efficiently.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting and record-keeping.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive documents.
  • Work closely with the Merchandise Planning team to maximize commercial opportunities and ensure optimal product mix at sub-category and price point levels.
