Merchandiser vacancy in Dibba-El-Fujairah UAE

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team at a clothing store in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. This is a full-time position, open to individuals of any nationality or location. No prior experience is required for this role, making it ideal for beginners or non-native English speakers. The successful candidate will be provided with accommodation and must have their own visa.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement attractive product displays in accordance with company standards
2. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of products
3. Collaborate with buyers to select merchandise that appeals to our target audience
4. Conduct market research to identify current trends and customer preferences
5. Analyze sales reports to track product performance and make recommendations for improvement
6. Liaise with suppliers to negotiate pricing and manage orders

Requirements:

1. Must be fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
3. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
