Responsibilities:
- Sales Plan Breakdown: Assist in breaking down the annual and seasonal sales plan into gender, category, and subcategory to ensure a clear and strategic approach to product distribution.
- Assortment Planning: Align product assortment with customer needs and business objectives, ensuring a balanced mix of performance, lifestyle, and essential products.
- Inventory & Stock Monitoring: Track available stock and incoming shipments to ensure proper allocation and avoid overstock or stockouts.
- Product Catalogue Management: Organize and maintain an up-to-date product catalogue, ensuring all necessary product details, images, cost breakdown, and specifications are available.
- Tailored Catalogues for Customers: Customize catalogues based on customer requests, ensuring a personalized and targeted product selection is presented.
- Visual & Data Organization: Work with the brand/marketing team to ensure the catalogues are visually appealing and easy to navigate for clients.
- Sales & KPI Tracking: (Unless this comes from the Finance)
- Monthly Sales Reports: Collect, compile, and analyse monthly sales data to track performance and identify trends, best-sellers, and slow-moving items.
- Business KPI Monitoring: Provide reports on key performance indicators (sell-through rates, margins, stock turnover, and revenue contributions), supporting strategic decision-making.
- Customer Sales Performance Review: Help analyse customer buying trends and performance to optimize future product allocations and sales strategies.
- Competitor & Market Analysis: Keep track of competitor activities, pricing structures, and market trends to ensure competitive positioning.
- Customer Support & Requests: Act as a liaison between sales and operations, ensuring customer requests for product details, availability, and pricing are handled efficiently and handle customer complaints.
- Coordination with Sales & Marketing: Work closely with the sales team to align product availability with promotional activities and seasonal launches.
