ROLE SUMMARY

The Online Merchandising Manager is responsible for crafting an exceptional online shopping experience that aligns with brand guidelines and current trends. This role combines creative flair, data analytics, and merchandising expertise to optimize online sales performance. The manager oversees and collaborates cross-functionally to enhance traffic, conversion rates, and profitability.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Lead the team in increasing conversion and sales through compelling content, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Maintain optimal website navigation and customer experience flow, including categorization, filters, and search functionalities.
  • Create promotional plans for the website, aligning with store promotions and competitor activities where applicable.
  • Ensure all site and app content accurately represent the brand and showcase the optimal product assortment to maximize click-through, conversion, and revenue.
  • Support the business in achieving sustainability goals aligned with the Dare Today, Change Tomorrow strategy.
  • Develop and implement new ideas and initiatives to drive sales and conversions through visual merchandising.
  • Focus on sales and brand growth while being mindful of cost efficiency.
  • Identify and recommend site enhancements based on best practices and emerging digital technologies.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduate degree in Business Management, Finance, Marketing, or E-Commerce.
  • Minimum of 7 years in an online merchandising role.
  • Strong digital and technical skills; experience with PIM-CMS systems; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
  • Experience in the fashion and/or home retail sectors is preferred.
  • Knowledge of new digital technologies to enhance customer online experience.
  • Exceptional site merchandising skills.
