Qureos in Dubai seeks a seasoned Tenders & Contracts Manager to lead its tendering department, succeeding a retiring manager after more than 30 years with the company.

You will own the end-to-end process from opportunity capture to contract signing, including pricing, negotiations and ensuring bids reflect actual project costs.

Fluent in English and Arabic, you hold a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree, with at least 15 years in MEP tendering and contracts on high-rise developments.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years in MEP construction with tendering.
• Strong experience with high-rise residential and commercial projects.
• Proven ability to draft and negotiate contracts with FIDIC.
• Leadership experience managing engineers or estimators.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Responsabilidades

• Lead tenders and review bid proposals.
• Price estimates and ensure cost accuracy.
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities.
• Prepare and negotiate contracts with FIDIC.
• Lead client discussions through to contract award.
• Build long-term client and consultant relationships.
• Own the tendering department within first 3–6 months.
• Report tender pipeline and win-rate to General Manager.
