Site : Job Purpose :

Operations and maintenance of all MECH related assets such as water tanks, pumps, plumbing works, water heaters, softeners, water treatment, etc.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Executing technical rounds and reporting any technical issues.
2. Operating assets to achieve maximum performance and minimal breakdown.
3. Performing preventive maintenance as per the job plan, SOPs, and O&M manual recommendations.
4. Ensuring assets and systems operate as per design and operational requirements.
5. Providing reactive maintenance in case of asset or system breakdown.
6. Mastering all aspects of the systems and assets under responsibility.
7. Following proper procedures at all times.
8. Maintaining a safe environment for all staff and others.
9. Executing works within common areas as assigned by the team leader or department head against a work order.

Skills Required :

• Thorough knowledge of MECH controls and components.
• Ability to use and interpret tools, measurements, and readings.
• Autonomous troubleshooting and repair of MECH systems, including electronic components and monitoring systems.
• Conducting performance checks, interpreting results, and proposing corrective actions.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams; good knowledge of standards and codes.
• Experience in asset condition verification.
• Positive, proactive attitude with innovative ideas for operational improvements.
• Ability to handle and interact with customers/end-users.
• Ability to align pumps and motors.

Qualifications :

• Diploma or Degree holder.
• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in MECH equipment operations and maintenance in GCC.
• Good communication skills in English.
