Job summary

Caliberly in Dubai is seeking a Swimming Pool Construction MEP Technician to execute on-site construction of pool MEP systems, ensuring compliance with contract, time, and budget while upholding the Company’s Quality and HSE standards.

The role focuses on installing pumps, filtration, heating/cooling, piping, electrical work, and water treatment, while coordinating with engineers and contractors to deliver safe, efficient pool facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience installing and integrating MEP systems for pool projects.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in pool construction.
• Ability to work with engineers and contractors on-site.

Responsibilities

• Installation of MEP systems: pumps, filtration units, heating/cooling systems.
• Plumbing and drainage: install pipes, drainage, waterproofing.
• Electrical work: wire lighting, automation, control panels.
• Water treatment and circulation: proper chemical dosing and flow.
• Safety and compliance with local regulations on site.
• Troubleshooting and repairs of MEP systems during construction.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless execution.

Purpose of Role
To execute the construction of the project in a particular discipline in accordance with contract
requirements within allocated time and budget whilst maintaining the Companys Quality and HSE
systems on site to achieve maximum customers satisfaction.
A Swimming Pool Construction MEP Technician specializes in the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing
(MEP) systems involved in swimming pools. To ensures that all technical aspects of pool construction
meet safety, efficiency, and regulatory standards. Here are the key responsibilities:

• Installation of MEP Systems: Set up pumps, filtration units, heating/cooling systems, and
• plumbing & Drainage: Install pipes, drainage systems, and waterproofing solutions.
• Electrical Work: Wire lighting, automation systems, and control panels.
• Water Treatment & Circulation: Ensure proper chemical dosing, filtration, and water flow.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow local regulations and industry standards for pool construction.
• Troubleshooting & Repairs: Identify and fix issues in MEP systems during and after construction.
• Collaboration: Work alongside engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless execution.
