Job summary

Al Sahir General Contracting Est. in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced MEP Site Supervisor to lead on-site HVAC, plumbing, electrical and AC works, ensuring compliance with project drawings, standards, and UAE regulations.

The ideal candidate will manage site teams, coordinate with engineers and subcontractors, monitor safety and quality, and deliver daily progress reports to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in MEP projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and AC works.
• UAE experience is preferred and driving license is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily MEP site activities to ensure work aligns with project specs and approved drawings.
• Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and other site teams.
• Ensure proper installation, maintenance, and execution of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and AC works.
• Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment at the project site.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Identify and resolve site issues, technical problems, and work delays.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update project management on site activities.
• Ensure that all work is completed on schedule and in accordance with UAE regulations.

• The Candidate must have Valid Driver License.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 3–5 years of experience in MEP projects.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and AC works.
• Experience in supervising site activities and coordinating with technicians, subcontractors, and project engineers.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, technical specifications, and shop drawings.
• Knowledge of UAE construction standards, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• With a valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage site teams effectively.
