Responsibilities

• Lead MEP design management across large-scale building and infrastructure projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and sustainability standards.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align design strategies.
• Oversee design reviews, procurement support, and commissioning planning.
• Provide technical input during tendering and contract evaluations.
• Monitor project milestones, logistics, and sequencing for timely delivery.
• Utilize digital tools to assess productivity, risks, and schedule adherence.
• Drive continuous improvement and carbon-conscious design practices.
• Support commercial teams with scope, schedule, and trade reviews.
• Champion net-zero goals and proactive carbon management.

Qualifications

• Relevant bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• Prior experience working within Design management role
• UAE Experience is a must
