About Your Team

You will report to the Commercial Manager and play a pivotal role within the Commercial Department, managing cost control, contract administration, and commercial reporting across a range of high-profile projects. You will work collaboratively with assistant quantity surveyors, project managers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure the financial success and contractual compliance of each project from inception to completion.

Your Role

As a MEP Quantity Surveyor, you will manage the commercial and contractual aspects of projects from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and reviewing contracts, insurance, and guarantees
• Managing claims, variations, and project cost controls
• Reviewing subcontractor payments and supporting monthly reporting
• Handling cash flow forecasts, cost reports, and profitability analysis
• Supporting project close-out and mentoring junior QS staff

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 7+ years in construction as a Quantity Surveyor
• Knowledge: Contracts (FIDIC), insurance, claims, and variation management
• Expertise: CCS, PlanSwift, AutoCAD, MS Office, and strong financial/reporting skills
