Utopia is seeking an experienced MEP on-site coordinator to lead electrical, HVAC and plumbing coordination on one of our luxury construction projects in Dubai. You will bridge complex systems with world-class architectural standards, working closely with architects, engineers and client representatives.

This role is based on-site for the duration of the assignment, requiring the ability to relocate. You will ensure design integrity, review trades, manage changes, and stay compliant with local

Competenze

• Degree in Civil or Building Engineering with a concentration in HVAC and mechanical systems.
• 8 to 15 years of experience in design consultancy or with a general contractor.
• Experience working on low-rise residential and hospitality projects — private homes and villas, hotels and resorts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Professional level of English, written and verbal.
• Willingness to relocate on-site to the assigned project location for the duration of the assignment.

About the role

You’ll take on-site ownership of MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) engineering coordination for one of Utopia’s active luxury construction projects — private homes and villas, hotels and resorts. You’ll be based on-site at the assigned project location in Dubai, bridging complex HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems with the uncompromising aesthetic standards of world-class architecture, working closely with architects, interior designers, structural engineers, procurement teams, and client representatives.
