Job summary

STAR SERVICES LLC. is seeking a QA/QC inspector with solid MEP background to conduct site inspections for residential and commercial projects in Dubai.

You will verify installations against drawings and specifications, prepare IRs and NCRs, and coordinate with MEP contractors and engineers to resolve defects. The role requires hands-on experience with MEP testing, commissioning, and adherence to ITPs and method statements, ensuring quality across electrical, plumbing, HVAC and mechanical works

Qualifications

• Experience with QA/QC inspections in MEP for residential or commercial buildings.
• Background in facility management or MEP disciplines required.
• Knowledge of water heaters, thermostats, plumbing fixtures and related MEP installations.

Responsibilities

• Perform site inspections of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and mechanical works.
• Check installation against approved drawings, specs and method statements.
• Prepare and maintain Inspection Requests (IRs), checklists, NCRs and other quality docs.
• Identify defects and workmanship issues during inspections and ensure corrective actions.
