Job summary

Al Rostamani Group of Companies LLC is seeking a QA/QC Engineer for MEP to oversee quality, compliance, and performance on construction projects in the UAE. You will lead inspections, testing, and commissioning activities, ensuring adherence to codes and drawings.

You will review submittals, coordinate with contractors and consultants, and maintain comprehensive QA/QC documentation to support successful project handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–5 years QA/QC experience on Electrical/Mechanical systems.
• Experience in large-scale construction projects involving Electrical and Mechanical works.
• Familiarity with IEC, NEC, BS, ASHRAE, NFPA, SMACNA, and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the QA/QC Plan for MEP systems.
• Review MEP submittals, shop drawings, method statements, material approvals, and technical documentation.
• Conduct regular QA/QC audits and inspections of Electrical and Mechanical installations.
• Prepare and submit Inspection Test Plans, NCRs, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate testing and commissioning activities for MEP systems with project teams.
