Job description

Requirements:

Must be currently available in the UAE.

4 to 7 years of UAE experience in MEP QA/QC roles within a contracting company.

Strong knowledge of MEP systems, project quality standards, and inspection protocols.

Familiar with applicable codes and standards (e.g., DEWA, ADDC, ASHRAE, NFPA).

Experience in preparing and managing QA/QC documentation (ITPs, MIRs, WIRs, etc.).

Excellent coordination and communication skills.

Must be available for immediate joining.

Responsibilities:

Oversee quality control and assurance activities for MEP installations.

Conduct inspections and ensure all MEP works comply with project specs and standards.

Prepare and manage QA/QC documentation and reports.

Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors on quality-related issues.

Monitor non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Participate in project handover procedures and ensure all documentation is complete.
