Job Description

• Source, negotiate, and purchase materials and services related to MEP works (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, etc.).
• Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with project requirements and budgets.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to forecast demand and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate deliveries to avoid shortages or delays.
• Assist in cost control by analyzing material costs and identifying opportunities for savings.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procurement procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in MEP procurement within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of MEP materials, local and international suppliers.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
