• Supervise and monitor all MEP works (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection) on site.
• Ensure that installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, and local regulations.
• Coordinate with other disciplines (civil, architectural) to avoid conflicts and delays.
• Review project plans and specifications to ensure proper implementation of MEP systems.
• Ensure work is executed according to project schedule and resolve any on-site issues.
• Monitor quality of workmanship and ensure materials used meet the required standards.
• Liaise with consultants, main contractor, and client representatives.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports.
• Ensure proper documentation of all inspections, tests, and approvals.
• Enforce health and safety compliance on site for all MEP works.
• Assist in commissioning and handover of MEP systems.
