Responsibilities:

7. Prepare and maintain project documents, including progress reports, change requests, and specifications.
8. Collaborate with project team to complete post-construction reviews and lessons learned.
9. Oversee procurement of materials and services, ensuring compliance with project budgets and specifications.
10. Monitor and track project progress, identifying and mitigating any issues or risks that may arise.
11. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction activities comply with project plans and quality standards.
12. Cooperate with contractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control measures.
