Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in MEP procurement, UAE experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire-fighting).
• Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers for MEP materials and equipment
Review project specifications and BOQs to determine procurement needs

Negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules with vendors
Coordinate with engineering and site teams to ensure timely delivery
Track and manage material submittals and approvals
Ensure compliance with project budgets, timelines, and quality standards
Maintain procurement logs and documentation

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
3 years of experience in MEP procurement (UAE experience preferred)
Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire-fighting systems
Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
