Job summary

Green Line Electromechanical L.L.C. is seeking an experienced MEP Planning Engineer to manage project schedules in the UAE's construction sector. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with a focus on baseline, revised, and look-ahead schedules.

You will participate in claims and time impact analyses for EOT, attend meetings, and deliver regular progress reports to stakeholders. UAE experience preferred; UAE driving license may be beneficial.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a MEP Planning Engineer in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and project management principles.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules (baseline, revised, and look-ahead).
• Participate in claims analysis and time impact analysis for extensions of time (EOT).
• Attend project meetings and present schedule updates and recovery plans.
• Prepare progress reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for internal stakeholders and clients.
