Essential Qualifications and Skills:

1. Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the UAE's Facilities Management sector, with demonstrated expertise in MEP operations and services.
2. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage professionally with stakeholders and clients.
4. Familiarity with UAE health, safety, and regulatory standards within the facilities management sector.
5. A valid UAE driver’s license is mandatory.
