MEP & HVAC Quantity Surveyor

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced MEP & HVAC Quantity Surveyor to join our fit-out projects team.
Role Responsibilities:
This role requires expertise in cost estimation, procurement, and on-site installation management for MEP and HVAC systems.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Requirements to apply:

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in MEP & HVAC quantity surveying for fit-out projects
3. Strong understanding of project planning and scheduling
4. Knowledge of industrial engineering principles and practices
5. Proficient in decision-making and problem-solving
6. Ability to use graphic design software for creating visual representations
7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
8. Willingness to work in Dubai and travel for project assignments
