Job summary

A leading electromechanical company in Dubai is seeking an experienced MEP Foreman to supervise and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations at construction sites. The ideal candidate will ensure projects meet design specifications and comply with safety regulations. Responsibilities include task allocation, monitoring progress, and liaising with subcontractors. Monthly salary ranges from AED 3,000 to AED 4,000.

Qualifications

Job description

The MEP Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems at construction sites. This role ensures work is carried out according to design specifications, timelines, and safety standards.

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for MEP trades (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
• Read and interpret MEP drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Allocate tasks to technicians, electricians, and plumbers, ensuring quality and productivity.
• Monitor the progress of MEP works and report to engineers or site management.
• Ensure all installations comply with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with civil, structural, and other trade teams to avoid clashes and delays.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and ensure proper use of PPE and tools.
• Maintain records of materials used, work completed, and manpower on-site.
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for timely delivery and installation.
• Assist in testing, commissioning, and final inspections of MEP systems.
