Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and follow up on potential leads, converting them into successful deals.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales for swimming pool and water feature equipment.
• Track and manage a pipeline of potential clients to expand business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors and consultants to ensure continued sales growth.
• Ensure the company's products are included in consultant project specifications.
• Regularly visit contractors, engaging in daily sales discussions and project negotiations.
• Communicate effectively, building strong, long-term client relationships.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, ensuring consistent sales performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical or related field) for MEP Sales Engineer.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field for MEP Sales Specialist.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in MEP equipment sales within the UAE.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive market.
• Strong B2B sales abilities, with a confident and outgoing personality.
• Excellent negotiation and business development skills, securing partnerships with contractors and consultants.
• Valid UAE driver's license is a must.
