Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate MEP works for fit-out projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications and project requirements.
• Review MEP designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure alignment with project needs.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and site teams to ensure smooth execution of MEP works.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues related to MEP installations.
• Ensure all MEP installations comply with local regulations, safety codes, and industry best practices.
• Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to meet project timelines and budget constraints.
• Monitor and report project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
• Manage procurement and coordination of MEP materials and subcontractors.
• Provide technical guidance and support to site teams and resolve any on-site challenges.
• Ensure proper testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems upon project completion.
