MEP Engineer

Micah Solutions FZE is looking for a qualified and experienced MEP Engineer to join our dynamic client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, coordination, and implementation of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in various construction projects. Your expertise will ensure that all MEP systems function efficiently and meet all regulatory and quality standards.

Responsibilities :

• Design and develop MEP systems in accordance with project specifications and requirements.
• Coordinate with architectural and structural teams to ensure design compatibility and efficiency.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site inspections to assess MEP installations and ensure correct implementation.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports related to MEP systems.
• Manage and supervise the work of subcontractors and ensure compliance with project schedules.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure the proper installation and functioning of MEP systems.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in MEP engineering.

Requirements

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an MEP Engineer, with a focus on commercial and residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and engineering principles.
• Proficiency in relevant design software (CAD, Revit, etc.) and engineering tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in teams.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Professional certification (e.g., CEng, LEED) is advantageous.
• Knowledge of local building codes and standards related to MEP systems.
