Job summary

TOP ROCK INTERIORS LLC is seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing activities in high-profile projects across Dubai. The role includes reviewing MEP drawings, coordinating with various stakeholders, and managing subcontractors.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in the interior fit-out industry, familiar with local authority procedures and proficient in AutoCAD. Attractive compensation and growth opportunities await the successful candidate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the interior fit-out industry, ideally in UAE or GCC.
• Familiarity with HVAC, fire protection, ELV and local authority approval procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.

Job description

As an MEP Supervisor, you will review and analyze MEP drawings, specifications, BOQs and project requirements, coordinate and supervise on‑site Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing activities, liaise with consultants, architects, subcontractors and suppliers, prepare technical submissions for authorities, conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, manage subcontractors, support procurement, oversee testing, commissioning and handover of MEP systems, and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze MEP drawings, specifications, BOQs and project requirements
• Coordinate and supervise all on‑site Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing activities ensuring compliance with designs and specifications
• Liaise with consultants, architects, subcontractors and suppliers for smooth execution of MEP works
• Prepare technical submissions and approvals for DEWA, SEWA, Civil Defense and DM
• Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues and maintain quality standards
• Manage and coordinate MEP subcontractors ensuring timely delivery of work
• Support the procurement team with MEP‑related materials and equipment selection
• Oversee testing, commissioning and successful handover of MEP systems
• Maintain comprehensive documentation including as‑built drawings, test reports and O&M manuals

Qualifications

• Mechanical, Electrical or Plumbing Engineer with 5+ years of experience in interior fit‑out industry, ideally in UAE or GCC
• Familiarity with HVAC, fire protection, ELV and local authority approval procedures (DEWA, SEWA, DM, DCD)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office and MEP design/coordination software
• Excellent project coordination, communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
