Job description

We are seeking a skilled MEP Engineer with 2–5 years of experience in the swimming pool industry to manage Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing aspects of residential and commercial pool projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for site supervision, coordination with consultants and subcontractors, and ensuring timely and quality execution of MEP works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee MEP installation works for swimming pools, fountains, and water features.
• Review and interpret MEP drawings, technical specifications, and BOQs.
• Coordinate with design teams, suppliers, and site teams to ensure proper integration of MEP services.
• Supervise site installations including pumps, filtration systems, dosing systems, lighting, cabling, and panel boards.
• Ensure compliance with local authority standards and health & safety regulations.
• Conduct testing & commissioning of MEP systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update project timelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in the swimming pool or water feature industry.
• Strong understanding of pool filtration systems, HVAC integration, electrical control panels, and piping layouts.
• Familiarity with DEWA/ADDC/municipality standards (UAE experience preferred).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office; knowledge of Revit or other design tools is a plus.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
